The House Hunt

Most people just go on the internet and start looking in neighborhoods about which they are curious.  We have a systematic process that takes you from a wide net, and helps you narrow your search.  

The Deal

This is where your agent really starts to prove that they're here for your benefit.  As a team, you negotiate a deal between seller and buyer that is agreeable for all parties.  Negotiation strategies, terms, vocabulary, and more are covered here.

Contract Performance

In the contract, you promised you'd buy the house, get a loan, and a few other items.  Now we do it! We go over inspections, appraisals, home warranties, and other items on how to prepare for the closing.

Closing the Deal

On the surface closing is just a brief meeting where you sign a bunch of papers.  But each of those papers means something and you might want to know what you're signing.  We go over it here.
